Love these roses!

I got the Long Stem Roses for my anniversary, and they were stunning! The packaging was so elegant, and the roses were just perfect. They've lasted over a week already. I'm definitely going to order from La Florela again for other special occasions. So happy with this purchase!

Smooth order for sympathy flowers

I needed to send Sympathy Flowers, and the process with La Florela was straightforward. The website was easy to navigate, and placing the order was quick. The arrangement arrived exactly when scheduled, and the recipient confirmed they were beautiful and fresh. The packaging protected them well during transit. The only small thing was the greeting card option felt a little basic, but it did the job. Their support team answered my delivery question promptly. I appreciated the clear tracking updates, it helped a lot.

Solid choice for fresh flowers

I ordered the Hydrangeas Bouquet last week. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Delivery took 4 days to reach Austin, which was within the estimated window. The packaging was very secure, and the flowers arrived in good condition, well-hydrated. I reached out to customer service with a question about flower care, and they responded quickly and helpfully. The hydrangeas themselves were vibrant and have lasted well so far, about 8 days. Overall, a good experience from start to finish.

Beautiful roses, fast delivery!

I ordered a Roses Bouquet for my mom's birthday, and they were stunning! The flowers arrived super fresh and looked even better than the pictures online. I was so happy with my purchase, and my mom loved them. I'm definitely going to shop here again for future gifts. Highly recommend this place!

Nice flowers, delivery could be better

I bought a Mixed Floral Arrangement for an anniversary gift. The bouquet itself was gorgeous and smelled lovely, and the recipient was really pleased with the quality of the flowers. The pricing felt fair for what I received. However, the delivery was a day later than initially promised, which caused a bit of a scramble for my plans. While it ultimately worked out, an earlier heads-up or more accurate tracking would have been appreciated. Still, the flowers were fresh and looked great.

Good flowers, slow delivery

I ordered the Hydrangeas Bouquet for my sister's birthday. The flowers themselves were fresh and beautiful, looked just like the picture. Delivery took 4 days to reach Phoenix, which felt a bit long, but they arrived well-packaged. Customer service was quick to respond when I asked about tracking, so that was a plus. Overall good value for the quality.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This is my third time ordering from La Florela, and they're consistently good. I've previously sent Sunflowers and this time, Lilies. The flowers always arrive fresh and well-protected. They shipped to Houston in about the same timeframe as my last order, which is reliable. My only minor wish is for more variety in their vase options when ordering.

Great value for birthday flowers

I was looking for a good deal on Birthday Bouquets and found La Florela. The price was competitive, especially with a first-order discount I found. The Mixed Floral Arrangement I chose was lovely and arrived on time. I felt like I got a really good bang for my buck, though I wish there were more free shipping options available.
